Empowering Women Through

leadership PROGRAMS

The Leadership programs at the Lotus Hope Foundation empower women and youth girls by building confidence, leadership skills, and personal growth through supportive, one-on-one guidance. Participants gain valuable insights, expand their professional networks, and develop tools for success in both life and career.

EDUCATIONAL Workshops

The Lotus Hope Foundation’s educational workshops feature dynamic key speakers who inspire and uplift women and young girls through powerful storytelling and real-life strategies for success. These workshops provide practical tools, confidence-building lessons, and meaningful connections that spark personal and professional growth.

The Lotus Hope Foundation Impact

Meet the Founder

Born on the beautiful island of Trinidad in the West Indies, Michelle dreamed of living in the Americas like the people she saw on television. After much planning and sacrifice, her parents were able to send her to Canada to complete her high school and post-secondary education in the early 1980’s. The rest is history. She is a grandmother of 2, mother of 4 and owns and operates 7 successful start-up companies. Grounded in her faith and dedication for helping those in need, Michelle has always supported women and families in need in her community. After the pandemic, she saw an even greater need to support women and youth and so in 2022, The Lotus Hope Foundation was born. Through her own story-telling, she hopes to inspire and mentor women of all ages across the country and help guide them to fulfil their dreams.
