MICHELLE JOHNSON
Founder/President/CEO
Michelle is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Marketing Consultant, and Peer Mentor, for the past 40 years. She has guided many youth and women to achieve successful careers and empowered them to start their own businesses.
With a passion for helping others, post Covid, she sought to help women regain their position back into the workplace, since women’s careers experienced at least a three decade set back due to the pandemic.
Michelle seeks to inspire, mentor and empower women of all ages, to find their passion and to pursue their dreams, because it is possible in Canada – a country filled with unlimited opportunities!
KATRYNA PULGARIN
Chief Financial Officer
Katryna Pulgarin is an accomplished financial advisor with strong expertise in lending, personal finance strategy, and wealth-building structures. She is currently a mortgage specialist with Meridian Financial where she provides financial guidance, budgeting oversight, and strategic planning support.
With an academic foundation in Economics from York University and over five years of banking experience, she has advised clients on portfolio growth, home financing, and long-term financial planning. Katryna brings a results-driven approach rooted in risk-management, financial literacy, and sustainable returns. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear strategies that support organizational expansion and mission-aligned decision-making.
KERONE MORRIS
Chief Development Officer
Kerone Morris is a versatile entrepreneur and CEO with over 20 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries. She has an impressive background in the legal services and immigration field, international education, marketing and business development, as well as B2B consulting. Currently, she is the CEO of Canadian College and University Partners, a prestigious organization that focuses on bridging the gap between students and educational opportunities in Canada.
In addition to her professional roles, Kerone serves on boards working on inclusion and diversity, as well as International Student Community Information Exchange. Her involvement on these boards demonstrates her dedication to promoting diversity and supporting our international community.
