•⁠ ⁠The closing date for nominations is midnight August 31, 2025. The Top 10 Nominees in each category will be notified by September 7, 2025.
•⁠ ⁠Nominees are required to be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada, to be eligible.
•⁠ ⁠Ages : 10 years – 17 years – Youth Categories; 18+ years Adult Categories
•⁠ ⁠There is no cost to enter a nomination.
•⁠ ⁠There are no limits to how many nominations a person can make.
•⁠ ⁠Only one nomination per category is required to be eligible. Maximum of two (2)categories per nominee.
•⁠ ⁠The Selection Committee’s decision is final and cannot be challenged
•⁠ ⁠The Lotus Hope Foundation (TLHF) reserves the right to confirm the information obtained on the nomination form.
•⁠ ⁠TLHF reserves the right to re-categorize nominees if applicable.
•⁠ ⁠A maximum of 10 nominee finalists per category will be selected.
•⁠ ⁠A person can be nominated the following year if the nominee did not win.
•⁠ ⁠If selected the Top 10 Nominees of each category are required to attend the Awards Ceremony on Sunday November 16, 2025 at the Richmond Centre
for the Performing Arts. Attire formal.
•⁠ ⁠A seat is reserved for all Top Nominees in each category in the Theatre.
•⁠ ⁠Tickets for the public will be available through the ticket box office at the Richmond Hill Centre by August 1, 2025.
•⁠ ⁠TLHF reserves the right to retain entries, photographs & videos from The Lotus Hope Foundation Women Empowerment Awards for subsequent
publication or exhibition in relation to Women Empowerment Awards and its publications.
•⁠ ⁠Nominees consent to have The Lotus Hope Foundation Women Empowerment Awards collect all information submitted through this form and to utilize it
for all marketing purposes related to the promotion of TLHF Women Empowerment Awards
