MICHELLE JOHNSON (MJ)
FOUNDER & CEO
For over 35 years, Michelle has been instrumental in creating thriving start-up businesses both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. With her expertise as a seasoned Entrepreneur, Marketing Consultant, and Peer Mentor, she has guided many women with their careers and empowered them to create successful businesses.
Michelle herself immigrated to Canada in the early 1980’s and has witnessed the exponential growth of the country’s multiculturalism and more significantly the unlimited opportunities that Canada can offer women.
With a passion for helping those who have had a similar journey, Michelle seeks to help empower women of all ages, to find their passion and to pursue their dreams.

CIERRA JOHNSON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Cierra is the eldest daughter of Michelle Johnson and a proud graduate of York University, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She is an entrepreneur building her own Distribution Company in 2023 – Odeza LifeScience. Her company is the main distributor for Aurora Nutrascience Liposomal Vitamins in Canada and Korea.
Cierra plays a vital role at The Lotus Hope Foundation, actively contributing to the development of a supportive community for women seeking networking and career opportunities after completing their post-secondary education.
In addition to her leadership within the organization, Cierra brings her artistic talents to life through the creation of compelling marketing materials and dynamic social media content, helping to amplify the foundation’s mission and reach.

KERONE MORRIS
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Kerone is a versatile entrepreneur and CEO with over 20 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries. She has an impressive background in the legal services and immigration field, international education, marketing and business development, as well as B2B consulting. Currently, she is the CEO of Canadian College and University Partners, a prestigious organization that focuses on bridging the gap between students and educational opportunities in Canada.
In addition to her professional roles, Kerone serves on Advisory Boards working on inclusion and diversity, as well as International Student Community Information Exchange. Her involvement on these boards demonstrates her dedication to promoting diversity and supporting our international community.
Her diverse career and rich experience make her a dynamic leader with an unparalleled ability to navigate her role on our team.
