MICHELLE JOHNSON
Founder/President/CEO
Michelle has been instrumental in creating thriving start-up businesses both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors for the past 35 years. With her expertise as a seasoned Entrepreneur, Marketing Consultant, and Peer Mentor, she has guided many women to achieve successful careers and empowered them to start their own businesses.
Michelle left Trinidad in the early 1980’s after graduating from high school to further her studies here in Canada. She is a living testament that dreams can come true with hard work, dedication and believing in yourself. She is a mom of 4, grandmother of 2 and currently runs 4 addition businesses with her husband and children.
With a passion for help others, post Covid, she sought to help women regain their position back into the workplace, since women’s careers experienced at least a three decade set back due to the pandemic.
Michelle seeks to inspire, mentor and empower women of all ages, to find their passion and to pursue their dreams, because it is possible in Canada – a land filled of endless opportunities!
KERONE MORRIS
Chief Development Officer
Kerone is a versatile entrepreneur and CEO with over 20 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries. She has an impressive background in the legal services and immigration field, international education, marketing and business development, as well as B2B consulting. Currently, she is the CEO of Canadian College and University Partners, a prestigious organization that focuses on bridging the gap between students and educational opportunities in Canada.
In addition to her professional roles, Kerone serves on Advisory Boards working on inclusion and diversity, as well as International Student Community Information Exchange. Her involvement on these boards demonstrates her dedication to promoting diversity and supporting our international community.
Her diverse career and rich experience make her a dynamic leader with an unparalleled ability to navigate her role on our team, build relationships with key Stakeholders and increase fundraising capacity.
SILVIA GUIMAREY
Program Director
Silvia is an experienced Social Media Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry. Skilled in Coaching, Classroom Management, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Educational Technology and Learning Disabilities. Strong Media and Communications professional graduated from Concordia Cont. Ed. Public Relations.
In January 2018 Silvia merged her 15 years+ experience in the fields Education, Social Media Management, Modelling, Etiquette, Service & Hospitality in the restaurant business in launching a place in which young girls from 4 years & up can learn about, Good Posture, Etiquette, Personal Presentation, Public Speaking and so much more! These are life long skills that any young woman can beneift from both in their personal and professional lives.
CIERRA JOHNSON
Marketing Director
Cierra Johnson is a passionate graduate of York University, holding an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. With a natural flair for creativity, she thrives in environments where art and innovation intersect. Her love for visual storytelling is complemented by a strong aptitude for marketing, making her uniquely skilled at bringing artistic concepts to life in a compelling and marketable way.
Cierra is driven by the idea of bridging the gap between the artistic and business worlds, blending her creative talents with strategic marketing insights. Her ability to conceptualize, design, and promote allows her to connect with audiences while staying true to the artistic integrity of her projects. Whether working on brand campaigns, creative direction, or digital marketing, Cierra is always exploring new ways to fuse art with the commercial world, creating impactful experiences for both clients and consumers.

CIERRA JOHNSON
DIGITAL MEDIA & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Cierra is the eldest daughter of Michelle Johnson and a proud graduate of York University, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She is an entrepreneur building her own Distribution Company in 2023 – Odeza LifeScience. Her company is the main distributor for Aurora Nutrascience Liposomal Vitamins in Canada and Korea.
Cierra plays a vital role at The Lotus Hope Foundation, actively contributing to the development of a supportive community for women seeking networking and career opportunities after completing their post-secondary education.
In addition to her leadership within the organization, Cierra brings her artistic talents to life through the creation of compelling marketing materials and dynamic social media content, helping to amplify the foundation’s mission and reach.
